Electrostatics of Atoms and Molecules

The talk will give an introduction to definitions of molecular electrostatic
potentials, and to rigourous theorems on them. Applications to chemical
concepts are proposed, as for the calculation of Hammett constants and
aromaticity. Finally, I will present a model for weak intermolecular
interactions.
