The Chemical Interpretation team wishes to:

1. Develop the mathematical models to describe and quantify chemical interactions
2. Implement these developments in publicly available codes
3. Apply these tools to establish the link between chemical structure-property relationships and use these relationships to predict stability, macroscopic properties; and to inverse design the latter.
